Q. I forgot my envelope / money, can I still get pictures?
A. Yes simply put your name on an envelope and we will take your picture. Take another envelope home
with you fill it out completely, and then mail it in to our office.
Q. Do you take Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover?
A. YES! While most companies of this type do not, Zemi does for the convenience of our customers.
Q. Can I order over the phone?
A. YES! Your athlete still needs to fill out a form and give it to the photographer on picture day. Once the
shoot day is over, you may call our office and order with your credit card over the phone.
Q. How do I reorder?
A. There should be a reorder form in the picture package your athlete brings home. If you don’t
have this anymore, call our office and we will take your order over the phone.
Q. How do I schedule a presentation or a photo shoot?
A. For either, simply call our office and go to scheduling @ ext. 1. Someone will be glad to help you.
Q. Do you shoot on Saturdays and Sundays?
A. Zemi would be happy to shoot any day that is convenient to our customers.
